
Air Fryer Steak Bites

Ingredients
Serves 2- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- Freshly chopped parsley
- 300 g (10.5oz) ribeye steak (chopped into 1 inch (2.5cm) pieces *see notes for alternatives)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (red pepper flakes)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (or use garlic salt, but omit the 1/4 tsp regular salt)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp neutral oil (I use avocado oil)

Steps
- Step 1
Preheat the air fryer at 200C/400F for 5 minutes.
- Step 2
Place the steak chunks in a bowl and drizzle on the oil.
- Step 3
Sprinkle over the salt, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic powder, oregano and smoked paprika.
- Step 4
Toss everything together to evenly coat, then transfer to the air fryer basket once it's preheated.
- Step 5
Air fry for 6-8 minutes, tossing once halfway through cooking. The steak bites should be browned with a bit of a golden crust.
- Step 6
Rest the steak bites for 2-3 minutes on a warm plate and then serve.
