Ingredients
Serves 4- 6 Corn tortilla wraps ((the smaller variety roughly 14cm in diameter))
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp neutral oil ((I use avocado oil))

Steps
- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a large baking tray with baking parchment.
- Step 2
Stack the corn tortillas on top of each other and slice into 6 triangle/wedge shapes.
- Step 3
Place the tortilla triangles in a bowl and drizzle over the oil and add the seasonings. Carefully toss together to thoroughly coat.
- Step 4
Place the coated tortillas on the prepared baking tray in a single layer.
- Step 5
Place in the oven to bake for 6-8 minutes, until crisp, then remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Step 6
Serve with your favourite dip.
