  • 1 (2-inch) piece honeycomb (optional)
  • ¼ cup honey (divided)
Pantry & spices
  • 1 cup salted butter (brought to room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (divided)
  • fresh bread, rolls, or crackers (for serving)

Steps

  1. Step 1

    In the bowl of a mixer, combine the softened butter, half of the honey (2 tablespoons), and ¾ teaspoon of cinnamon until smooth.

  2. Step 2

    Spread the butter onto a clean serving board in a single layer.

  3. Step 3

    Drizzle the remaining honey over the honey and sprinkle the top with the remaining ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon.

  4. Step 4

    Break the honeycomb into bite-size chunks and top the butter with the honeycomb (honeycomb is optional).

  5. Step 5

    Serve with your favorite warmed bread, rolls, or crackers.
