Ingredients
Serves 10- 1 (2-inch) piece honeycomb (optional)
- ¼ cup honey (divided)
- 1 cup salted butter (brought to room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (divided)
- fresh bread, rolls, or crackers (for serving)

Steps
- Step 1
In the bowl of a mixer, combine the softened butter, half of the honey (2 tablespoons), and ¾ teaspoon of cinnamon until smooth.
- Step 2
Spread the butter onto a clean serving board in a single layer.
- Step 3
Drizzle the remaining honey over the honey and sprinkle the top with the remaining ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Step 4
Break the honeycomb into bite-size chunks and top the butter with the honeycomb (honeycomb is optional).

Serve with your favorite warmed bread, rolls, or crackers.
