    Julienne the Radish

    Julienne the 750 g daikon radish into matchstick pieces, about 6-7 cm long.

    • Cut the radish into matchstick pieces.

    Mix the Ingredients

    In a mixing bowl, combine the radish with 1 Tbsp korean fish sauce, 1 Tbsp sugar, 0.5 Tbsp minced garlic, 1 Tbsp korean chili flakes, and 1 tsp fine sea salt; mix well with hands.

    • Combine radish with sauce ingredients.

    Garnish the Salad

    Garnish the salad with 2 Tbsp finely chopped green onion (optional).

    • Add green onion if desired.

    Chill the Salad

    Transfer the salad to a glass container and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

    • Let the salad rest in the fridge.
