Ingredients
Serves 4- 2 Tbsp green onion — finely chopped (optional)
- 1 Tbsp korean fish sauce
- 0.5 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp korean chili flakes — gochugaru, or more to taste
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- 750 g daikon radish — peeled

Julienne the Radish
Julienne the 750 g daikon radish into matchstick pieces, about 6-7 cm long.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the radish with 1 Tbsp korean fish sauce, 1 Tbsp sugar, 0.5 Tbsp minced garlic, 1 Tbsp korean chili flakes, and 1 tsp fine sea salt; mix well with hands.

Garnish the salad with 2 Tbsp finely chopped green onion (optional).
