Ingredients
Serves 12- 2 lbs. green seedless grapes
- 2 lbs. red seedless grapes
- ½ cup chopped pecans, (toasted)
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, (softened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar

Steps
- Step 1
Place the grapes in a large mixing bowl; set aside.
- Step 2
In a separate bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy and well combined.
- Step 3
Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the grapes, stirring carefully to coat the fruit.
- Step 4
In a small bowl, combine the toasted pecans and brown sugar. Sprinkle about half of the pecan mixture evenly over the top of the salad. Reserve the remaining mixture for garnish.
- Step 5
Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
- Step 6
Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir. Sprinkle the reserved pecan mixture over the top for garnish.
