Steps
Step 1
Prepare a medium-sized bowl and add dried squid strips, mayonnaise, and honey. Mix them well.
Step 2
Preheat a skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add the butter, once it’s melted, add the brown sugar and salt. Mix them well.
Step 3
Reduce the heat to medium and add the seasoned dried squid. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Step 4
Serve. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
