Ingredients
Serves 1- 0.5 medium avocado — peeled & pitted
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups frozen pineapple — chunks
- 1 cup water
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey — or agave, to taste

Blend the Base Ingredients
In a blender, add 1 cup of water, 1/2 medium avocado (peeled and pitted), 2 cups of spinach, and 2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
- Combine water, avocado, spinach, and frozen pineapple.
