Ingredients

Produce
  • 1 small clove garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • olive oil (to drizzle)
Dairy & sauces
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) cream cheese
  • 200 g (7 oz) block of feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp cold water
Pantry & spices
  • black pepper (to sprinkle)

Steps

  1. Step 1

    Place the feta, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and water into the bowl of a small food processor.

  2. Step 2

    Blend together until smooth. If you would like a thinner consistency, add more oil or a splash of water.

  3. Step 3

    Transfer to a bowl and serve as it is, or drizzle over a little olive oil or sprinkle on some black pepper if you like.
